This is a fishing experience where you can expect to catch cod weighing up to and over 30 kg! At Sørøya "the land of the big fish" you can actually catch big cod or other kind of big fish all year around!

That is why we always recommend Sørøya "the land of the big fish". As an extra bonus you will have the most wonderful wildlife experience. We can visit bird mountains, the white tailed eagle is a daily sight, and we often see whales in this area.

We look at tide tables and check the weather forecast. The trip heads out to the fish-intensive areas around Sørøya or to other places offering good fishing opportunities. If the weather gods and all other odds are in our favour, then we dare say that we can guarantee you the experience of a lifetime when it comes to big-game fishing/trophy fish.

The trip out to the fishing grounds amid wild and stunning scenery is a major experience in itself. There are excellent photo opportunities. Weather permitting, the tastiest meals made from the sea's delicacies can be cooked on board, or by going ashore and cooking/barbecuing on land.

• Trips of up to 8 hours per day

• Fishing equipment and flotation suit for rent NOK. 600,- (valid for the whole trip total)
• Any loss of jigs and suspension replaced by the tenant with a cost of NOK. 500,- per time
• Hiring of the ship for shorter day trips: 2000 NOK per hour. Especially good from Sørøya where there is short travel time to the best fishing grounds.
